Prints Galore !

Ghost Town

The other day I had a chance to go to a Ghost town about 2 hours outside of the city. Time seems to have stood still here..

400 Miles

I never thought a shower go feel so good. But I guess after two days of back country camping and non stop shoot that'll do that to you.

In class Assignment: Shoot two urban portrait's using the surroundings.

Self Portrait

This self portrait is by far the hardest piece to photograph. In total it's a four foot by two and a half foot print fit together by 7x7 inch squares. Each square has been burned, deconstructed, and treated with encaustic wax. Since the wax is highly reflective it's almost impossible to photograph what it truly looks like. It's mounted on a acrylic board and is meant to be viewed standing up with a small light source behind it. The wax gives the prints a luminous, almost transparent appearance.

Ocean Beach

live right across from ocean beach, sometimes I go sit on this amazing lay grassy hill there and get lost in the scenery.
